Who should come?
This program is the second of a three-part course. It isdesigned for all those looking to drive accountability through more clearly defined documentation, quality deliverables and establishing collaborative Agile teams. This includes mid to senior managers, Project andProgram managers, and Product owners.

- A number of specific “take-aways” that can be immediately implemented back in your organisation to create improvement.
- Lean Agile Techniques will present the classroom study in conjunction with the Lean Sigma Institute, the custodian of the ISO18404 competency verification.
